Dan Reilly

Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Dan is an entrepreneur with two decades of experience building businesses and managing capital. Before focusing on multifamily, he invested in single-family rentals across Florida for over a decade. Professionally, Dan led sales and business development teams in the technology sector, culminating in the launch of B2X Global—a firm he founded in 2013 and sold in 2022 after scaling it to $15M+ in recurring revenue. He holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Southern California and began his career at KPMG.

Greg Danielson

Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Greg is an executive leader and business optimization expert with a proven track record of delivering operational performance. Prior to launching Measured Capital, he spent 14 years as Partner and EVP at Profit Recovery Partners, a consulting firm that has saved clients over $7.5 billion. His long-standing interest in real estate led him to leave a successful consulting career to co-found Measured Capital and apply his strategic discipline to multifamily investing. Greg earned a business degree from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
